Scott Rimmer : Director of Coaching & Education

Scott established PSR in 2006 and has been overseeing all coaching, teaching & sports development activities since becoming Managing Director. With a wealth of experience coaching, Scott began developing football opportunities and Sports Education relationships in Woking & Surrey since departing from his Full time position at Chelsea Football Club in 2001. A Sports Science graduate from Brunel University, Scott has coached at every level and has used experiences and ideas drafted from time spent coaching in the United states and at professional clubs including Brentford F.C, to help structure and implement the enormously popular and professional football development schools currently operating in Woking, Yateley, Byfleet & Cobham.
Scott is still employed and associated at a Professional Club part time as a recruitment scout and believes strongly in providing opportunities for all young football players and athletes in the area to develop and receive the best guidance possible. |
Scott has been F.A Level 3 Qualified since 2004 and is planning to embark on his F.A level 4 (A licence) later this year. He is PSR's acting Child protection Officer along with Ben Knight.
He aims with the help of the rest of the team and PSR's Commercial Director to offer further specialised programmes and educational support to many more schools and clubs within Surrey and Hampshire. Scott also intends to broaden the opportunities overseas through PSR's new Professional & Commercial partners whilst developing the current relationships and affiliations PSR have established. In doing this PSR aim to achieve much higher participation levels for young children in the game and other sports through their reputable programmes, as well as develop the current opportunities and resources available to the more able children that attend their programmes.

Mark Cornish : Commercial Director
Mark has worked in the sponsorship and sports marketing business since 1989 and has specialised in helping sponsors create criteria to manage and activate sponsorship programmes. Community and grassroots sponsorship on social and educational levels is currently enjoying a growth period, with the need for brand and companies to engage with customers through there passion and to give back to the community through good citizenship. Mark supports PSR's sponsors and suppliers to create programmes with our After School Clubs, Holiday Camps and in-School multi sports activities see http://www.psrcoaching.co.uk/support.asp. Mark is also a regular contributor to the media on sponsorship, has been a judge on numerous sponsorship awards panels, and is a Board Member of the European Sponsorship Association (ESA). Mark McKendrick : Full time Football & Sports Development Officer

Mark is a member of PSR's management team who joined from Fulham F.C in August 2008. Mark previously worked at Stoke City F.C as an apprentice coach in his early days, and during his time there he became a full time employee, obtaining his Level 1, 2 & 3 F.A Qualifications. Mark was also able to develop his education and opportunities in coaching by completing additional qualifications in a number of sports including basketball and hockey. During his time at Stoke City he was able to contribute his experience and expertise through coaching at development centres and at Stoke City's Academy. He was able to further his career after moving south and taking up a position offered to him by Fulham F.C. He was able to further obtain his LTA Level 2 award in tennis and develop his football experience and education. |
Mark is now enjoying his new Full time role with PSR and is developing his profile and career as a coach on management level. He has delivered a very successful development scheme in Cobham so far and has helped create a good solid infrastructure with the local club and community.

Steve Lapere : Full time Assistant Football and Sports Coach
Steve is our newest recruit and is joining PSR to develop his career in football and sports coaching. He has an abundance of experience in football and has worked previously for Luton Town F.C, Fulham F.C and Chelsea F.C working at development and performance centres. Whilst developing his profile and experiences in coaching Steve has gained both a BA Honours Degree and a Masters in Leisure and Sport Management. Steve has recognised qualifications in Basketball, Tennis, SAQ delivery and Cricket. Football qualifications include a Level 3 FA Coaching certificate and an FA Certificate in Futsal. Steve has managed to enjoy his time with past clubs and companies and aims to introduce many new ideas to PSR in the future. |

Tom Arnold : Football & Sports Development

Tom has been a full time member of PSR development team for 3 years. Tom started out by studying at Brooklands College and was awarded an NVQ in Sports & Recreation in 2003. After obtaining this award he gained a 2 year BTEC National Certificate in Sports Science. During his time at college, Tom was also awarded his FA level 1 coaching certificate and a CSLA Leadership award in football. He is also Level 1 qualified in Basketball and ASA Level 1 Qualified in Swimming. Since that time Tom has taken his F.A level 2 Coaching Award and Child protection certificate, and is helping PSR currently recruit, develop and nurture new young coaches from college who hope to join our team in the future. |
Tom's time is largely spent supporting and managing school PPA programmes and After School Activities. He also supports our Football Club development relations with Abbey Rangers F.C and also coaching mini soccer teams with other local clubs. Tom is also PSR's Birthday Party Coordinator & Club Tournament organiser.

Rob Anderson : Football & Sports Development
Rob has played football in the Woking area all his life at clubs such as Meadow Sports F.C, Westfield , Goldalming, Bisley & Farnborough. Rob studied at Guildford College for 2 years before joining PSR Full time. He is currently an FA Level 1 qualified coach and also qualified in SAQ Delivery. Rob has been a regular coach during our half term & school holiday football courses and has shown huge potential to develop a career in football coaching if he ever chose to. Currently working in schools as a PPA instructor and Head Football Coach delivering After School Clubs. |

Rob Wilson : Part time Football and Sports Coach

Rob has been supporting PSR for 3 years and is valuable member of the coaching team. He possesses experience working with children of all ages and is currently F.A Level 2 qualified in football. Rob also holds Level 1 qualifications in other sports providing PSR with expertise with our school relations. Rob still continues his personal development and ambition in the game and strives to play the highest level he can! |
Dan Rousell : Part time Football Coach
Dan joined PSR in 2006 as an assistant coach and has since worked his way up to become a valuable member of the team. After completing his F.A level 1 qualification the year he joined PSR, Dan successfully completed his F.A Level 2 Qualification after gaining valuable experience coaching on our programmes and clubs. Jack Blatchford : Part time Football and Sports Coach

Jack joined PSR in 2009 after completing his initial FA coaching qualification at college. He is currently studying a BTEC in Sport and media studies. Jack also presently plays for Woking F.C academy and will be an integral part of their plans whilst playing on non contract terms next season. His previous playing experiences include Aldershot town for a total of 3 seasons. Jacks experiences with playing and his developing understanding of the game is allowing him to progress with his interest with coaching young players. He is thriving with his input and support to PSR assisting with curriculum delivery, after school initiatives and holiday camp programmes. Jack has ambitions to enhance his education by embarking on a University programme next year whilst continuing his development with football coaching. |
