PSR Coaching : Company Profile
PSR started life in 2006 and delivers it’s mission – SUCCESS IN LIFE THROUGH A LIFE IN SPORT.
PSR represents our ethos and the underpinning components and fundamentals in grassroots development and delivery – Performance, Success and Results. The team strive to provide a fun and professional educational environment for children to perform and interact with confidence, succeed through understanding and competing, and produce results with end products. PSR believe the results to be achieved on a personal level such as skill, technique and confidence through our support. We also acknowledge results to be the gradual development in attitudes, awareness and co-education of teachers, schools, managers, and clubs.
Schools
- PPA curriculum support and delivery of PE/Games.
- After School Development Programmes for Infant, Primary and Junior Schools in Surrey and Hampshire.
- PSR teaches some 5-6,000 children per week.
- 15-20,000 children per year.
- Educational Support packages to state, private and schools which cater for children with special needs.
Football Clubs
- PSR delivers weekly coaching to junior football clubs and offers specialised Coaching Support packages.
- Club support is offered at many levels including seasonal support to teams, goalkeeping, match assessments and analysis, and in house development programmes.
- PSR also delivers coaches education sessions for managers and offers part-time work opportunities for 16-20 year old boys through our self help recruitment programmes.
- We coach approximately 2-3,000 players per season between the ages of 5-14 years old.
Holiday Camps
- During all school terms breaks and summer holidays, PSR delivers structured programmes to children in Woking, Cobham, Oxshott and other areas.
- PSR also supports travel and holiday companies to structure and deliver football camps.
- PSR engages with communities by arranging trips for children to stadiums such as Stamford Bridge, The Emirates and Wembley.
- PSR integrate Club coaching programmes for local teams and clubs during school holidays.
